Man cannot survive without social relationships while at the same time he cannot tolerate constraints that arise out of social relationships. Conflict and cooperation are parts of the complex pattern of man’s social work and social relationships. He is incomplete without society as he himself is the cause for these social relationships. He has to have involved himself and deal with each and every matter related to his social environment.
